Privacy, kept simple.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Photo Alert Agenda mobile application and related services operated by POSSG GmbH (the “Application”). POSSG GmbH is referred to in this policy as the “Service Provider”.

The Application is designed so that normal use does not require registration and does not collect, log, or store personal information.

What information is collected?

The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download or use it. Registration is not required.

If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as necessary to establish network connectivity. The Application does not retain that information or use it for tracking.

Location

The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.

Third parties

Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, the Service Provider does not share such Application data with third parties.

Opt-out

Because normal use does not involve collection of personal information, there is no Application-level data collection to opt out of. Uninstalling the Application removes it from your device.

No stored app data to retain.

Photo Alert Agenda does not collect or store personal data through normal use. Accordingly, the Service Provider does not maintain a retention period for personal data generated by normal use of the Application because no such data is retained by the Service Provider.

Information that exists only locally on your device remains under your control and is not stored on the Service Provider’s servers through normal use of the Application.

If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider by email or another direct communication channel, the information you choose to provide may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, meet applicable legal obligations, or resolve related issues.

There is no server-side app profile to delete.

Because Photo Alert Agenda does not collect or store personal data through normal use, there is normally no user account, cloud profile, or server-side personal dataset held by the Service Provider that requires deletion.

To remove the Application and locally stored Application content from your device, you can uninstall the Application and, where supported by your operating system, clear its local storage.

If you voluntarily provided personal information to the Service Provider outside normal Application use — for example, by sending an email — you may request deletion of that information by contacting support@possg.online. The Service Provider will handle valid deletion requests subject to any information it is legally required to retain.

Additional privacy information.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or any higher minimum age required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market the Application to them. Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s personal data is not collected by the Application during normal use.

Security

Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure of Application-collected personal data is minimal. No security system is completely secure, and the Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to systems and to any information it may receive outside normal Application use.

Data breach notification

Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a breach affecting such data is minimal. If a security incident affects personal information voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, notifications will be made where required by applicable law.

Your consent

If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing lawfully carried out before the withdrawal.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by publishing an updated policy and effective date. Where applicable law requires consent for a material change, the Service Provider will seek it before the relevant processing takes effect.

Previous versions may be requested from the Service Provider.
